How do I return an item?

1. Make sure you still have the box the shoes were kept in. The box used to mail the shoes does not matter. 

2. Send a picture of the insides of the shoes and the bottom of the soles to the customer service rep found in the Contact Us page. Use your order number as the subject of the email.

3. After customer service has verified that the item is in condition to be resold, a Stamps.com return label will be sent for you to print off within 24 hours. The return label will be sent through Stamps.com Support, not the customer service representative's email. 

4. Once the product has arrived back in the possession of Thompson Shoes, the refund will be sent out.
